It can be vertical, connected to the injector's meat output or input by gravity. Also can be horizontal, with small conveyor belt input and other for output, leaving the product at the same level /
4 axes: tenderizer designed and developed to reduce the cycle time such as the cases when it is necessary a second run over with the 2 axes tenderizer /
The 4 axes tenderizer, as well as 2 axes tenderizer, can be horizontal and vertical /
In both cases, we have multiple configuration options on demand: variable speed, pneumatic compensation axis, variable pressure rollers and automatic regulation of the rollers /
The tenderizer design ensures a comfortable, quick and easy cleaning of all components /                                                                                                               Minimal maintenance and easy disassembly if it is required /
